I ordered my Mountain Fit goodies from their Canadian counterpart MenzToys and received great service, and fast shipping, in fact I was Paypal refunded my shipping charges when it took 2 extra days to receive my order due to living in an isolated area. Maybe they can set things straight for you guys? worth a call

They have always had great customer service when I have called them, because I treat them with respect. They do this part time to save people in the industry money. If you can't wait a couple of days, then go to the other vendors for twice or triple the money. Everyone thinks they are the most important customer. My experience is the customer who buys one things thinks they need the attention and deal. Get over yourself relax and try to be respectful. You can catch more bee's with honey than vinegar.
I have had good dealings with them. The price is right and they stand behind their products.
I have bought several vent kits from them and any problems they sent me a new set asap.
I could always get them on the phone in the winter, not so much in the summer, but I always got my vents.
