Reaching them hasn't been the hard part. They answer the phone and are super friendly. Gave me the direct line to the main designer guy also, who was also helpful and friendly. But, when I read that they are "two weeks out" on shipping new orders, well, I can't help but to be a little perturbed since my order and deposit went in over half a year ago. Also, the lack of organization and communication has left me with having to design my own fit kit for my unique bike, which I'm okay with, (would've been nice to know a little earlier like in the summer) but the last call I had with them was to simply confirm that they even received my email with specs on my front axle. The word was "normally he's good about getting back to people about those" and "I'll ask him and call you back to confirm"

You know that feeling you get when you're 100% sure that what you just heard won't happen? I had that feeling. And guess what? No call back. So, like I said, trying to be patient, but y'all are making it hard-ish and I didn't want to call y'all out publicly but at this point it's snowing and I have a bike in pieces with a lot of tech that I can't proceed on without my kit. So, if you could do me a huge favor and stop promising people that new orders are shipping in two weeks it might be easier for me to shut up.

Just wondering how shipping kits are going . I have a buddy who ordered 5 weeks ago and still doesn't have his kit . From day one he's been told 2 weeks . I realizeyour trying to ship to dealers but what about the people that ordered directly from you ?it feels like he's been given the "checks in the mail " or " our suppliers screwed up" run around . I still believe you have the best bang for the buck but we are looking at 3 more kits and strongly considering others just so we can have them before winter is over .
I think what mr skidoo151 is expressing here is that the time waited isn't really at issue, it's the promise made about when it will ship, combined with the uncertainty surrounding when it actually will ship. We aren't missing any rideable days here yet, but if the kit is 6 months from shipping we definitely will miss all of our rideable days. We don't know, that's all. And all our eggs are in your basket.

I snowchecked my Mototrax late in the year. I received an email requesting payment in full for the kit. The email said they would ship in the order payment was received. I made a prompt payment and have my kit in my garage. That may have something to do with the delivery date.

Full payment was made at the time of order . I'm not crying about it but I could have easily went and bought a timbersled in stock at a local dealer. Instead we talked with the guys at Moto and was told 2 weeks !!! That's my gripe . Some of you guys don't get it . It's the point of being told 2 weeks and paying full . Then getting the run around . Had they been honest probably wouldn't have bought one from them . Our trip is Colorado but already making arrangements to go to revy if needed .

Colorado would have to get snow everyday from now until Christmas to make the drive worth while, I live here and dont have any plans to put my kit on until probably after Christmas, Colorado prime snow is Feb to May

Just talked to them yesterday because I was told last week my snowchecked forksafe mount would ship out last week and he thought I had ordered a whole kit and came back with this. Apparently they had an issue with the custom colors on some of the forksafe mounts. Supposed to be getting them this week. I use the chat on their website and they've got back to me each time.

"Danny
Hey Steven, we were just getting ready to send out an email. We have found that the upper idler wheels have been getting too close to the clips on the track and damaging the idler wheels. We are updating the position of the idler wheels on the kits we still have at the shop versus sending out the kit then immediately sending the updated parts. Your kit is one being updated in house. We will have the updated components the middle of this week and we will send your kit out as soon as those parts are installed. It should ship late this week."

I also received this email about the upper idler wheels from Moto Trax

I have had my kit for 1 month now and still can't ride it because of faulty parts wrong parts and parts missing when shipped.
OK All is good now I have received all my parts and updated idler spacers. I have 2 short rides 8-10 miles each and all seems good so far no breakdowns and gonna take it out for a full day ride soon. They are getting it figured out and I like what I have seen so far after 2 rides.
