Bugito, Are you running any aftermarket venting? If your not have you been checking the belt temps ?
Probably not deep enough snow?
Have you noticed any performance gains after the first tank of premix?
No vents yet, but I'm thinking about the Holz vents at the knees and likely some tower vents. I don't want the side vents. I did notice that the clutches were warm but it was hard to say if they were too warm.
The sled definitely ran better on day two. I'm still really rich as I'm mixing 40:1. I'm going to stop mixing from here on out. This motor pulls hard. I like it.
My first concern with this sled is that it gets hot fast. Compared to my D8 the Pro Ride gets to much hotter temps quicker. Ice scratchers did their job, but the motor gets hot quick.
I questioned the side vents as well, until I seen the first set installed. Great fit and finish. Get the holz vents. You don't be dissappointed, even the side vents. I bought the clutch, exhaust and side vents.
How much were the Holz vents? When I went to their website, I didn't see a price.
BugIto, is the open footwell a problem with snow getting to the belt?
