MN to Snowy Range Road Reports

If you have any info on getting from MN to Snowys that would be great. Really trying to figure out if it's pure ice and hard winds.

Right now planing on leaving Sunday early AM from MN - going the DesMoines - Omaha route.

We are trying to get to Saratoga to ride from Encampment and West side of Snowys

Good luck I-80 is closed Lincoln, Ne - Grand Island, Ne

Check out the wind map on the Nebraska 511 DOT web site, the whole state and SE Wyoming is getting hammered with 40 to 50 mph winds. We're waiting till tomorrow a.m., hopefully it calms down then. You guys from Mn. could get to Omaha today, its sunny and no wind in Iowa today, Good Luck beyond that

According to the state road report Highway 30 is open across Nebraska.

I-80 is now OPEN from Nebraska border all the way up to Laramie. You can bet I will be up there tomorrow!

Just came down I-35 from about US 20 to DesMoines. At 1:30pm on saturday is was 100% dry, BUT....a quick blast of snow just turned it back to 100% snow/ice as of 11:30 pm on saturday. Eric
