It strikes a special chord with me because my excellent next-door neighbor was a critical lead engineer in keeping the A10 in service for the last 20 years, and on the other end of the spectrum was one of my daughters' cheerleaders dads finished out his career in the USAF flying A-10's vs his earlier ride of an F-35.
