99 mini z. Is there an idle screw? Seems to idle to fast lift it up and track turns. If there is an idle screw where the heck is it? I can't find it. Thanks in advance.

If it just started doing this, check the choke cable. After while it starts to bind and not let the butterfly open even though the button is pushed all the way in.
If it is the idle, I think there's a screw under the black plate on top of the govenor....take it off for a look.
