On behalf of us in the Midwest I want to thank you Mike for doing the class. It is something alot of guys our way wanted to do but didn't want to spend there weekend that was set aside for riding out in a class 500 miles away. I know the things you touched on were just a briefing but I wanted to thank you for putting on a class for us. It is well worth the 45 dollars spent! and for all you guys that missed the opportunity I am recommending you try to take his class. If you walk out of there with only one thing learned its worth it. Thanks again!

Question about two way radios.

Say you are needing help and you don't have a SPOT but have a two way radio. Is there a channel that is dedicated to emergency only? If so, when search and rescue is in action do they use it from time to time hoping the one needing help is on that channel?
