Thanks for the many suggestions. Will look into Hawaii further and will check out the costco.com site. Someone said Palm Springs has dome cheap deals but I DON'T GOLF. That's for old folks. In the meantime, I'll sled tomorrow in the sun. Maybe that will give me my fix....

Ditto........I've been to all the Mexico destinations. I spent three weeks in Costa Rica last year, two seperate trips. The people couldn't be nicer. The country is 100 times more pretty than Mexico, and the resorts are top notch.

I'd stay out of Mexico for a while. Drug rings are going crazy right now. Lots of killings and such. Just my .02.
