hmm. well funny thing, is that the Mexicans that I have seen on the jobsites, are hard workers, they seem to have no problem getting up to start an early day of work, and many have skills. It is a shame so many young Canadians have no ambition like these guys.

A trucking company that my company does business with has several mexican drivers. Pretty decent guys, seem to be go getters. They are all buying their own trucks and doing well.

A lot of them are hard workers for sure. I don't get why so many people have issues with the ones that are, scared they will work harder then you and take your job or something? Should be a lot more concerned about the lazy bums on welfare. And ponder this, of ALL the bums you see asking for change what is the most common race? I'd say 99% of the ones i've seen are white. Zero mexicans for sure.....

It's impossible to know when you just see them working. White people are far worse for abusing the health care system here then anyone else.

Far as i'm concerned if they are working hard, paying taxes, etc trying to make it here they deserve to be here just as much as anyone else, and more then a lot of lazy people here, who think they have rights to things just because they were born here

There is the good and bad in everything. I think the majority of them are good for the country.

In Colorado 90% of the Mexicans are ILLEGAL! Yes, they work hard but they work for next to nothing, their women squirt out a couple of anchor babies and BINGO! They hit the welfare jackpot and get free medical, they get paid cash so taxes aren't taken out and they get WIC or food stamps for the kids that they have. Oh, and all that is paid by taxpaying people! Ironic that someone who doesn't pay taxes gets the benefits from taxes, eh? BTW, schools have to hire special teachers to teach the kids in Spanish so they don't have to learn that silly little English language!

Stereotypical right wing propaganda. Being on welfare is not hitting the jackpot. Your 90% number is made up off the top of your head. Just because someone is here illegaly, doesnt make it far to stereotype and prejudge them. IMO. There are illegals that pay taxes and arent on welfare that make a good living and speak english. One of my best friends for years was illegal, and i never knew till he told me. He was just like everyone else in America.

I feel the same way. I know more lazy college kids than mexicans. We need the labor in America, or they wouldnt be here. Its all about $$. Capitalism needs cheap labor. People want cheap goods. Also someone has to do the dirty work. If i was born in Mexico starving, i would do anything to survive too, including moving to another country illegaly to work.

I wish that somebody would pay all of my family's medical bills, help pay my mortgage (ie, Section 8 housing which I believe to be somewhere between 800 and 1000 bucks per month) and free or discounted groceries. FYI, if an illegal alien/undocumented worker paid taxes they would be drawing attention to themselves that they don't want. Oh, and I would want my kids to have "special" teachers so they wouldn't have to learn how to communicate with the citizens of America. This is all brought to the American taxpayers by the Idiot Libbys.
