Pro Bono more than likely. Maybe a requirement for her state to have so much pro bono and/or a tax right off and/or for publicity and achievements for her/there resume. Got to love the $250hr+ lawyers that are never affected by these kinds of bull**** cases in the long run. Promote policies that usually hurt the common guy and benefit the lawyers own personal gain!!

The flag deal was cool to actually see somebody take a position of standing up to the hypocritical burning the flag protest thing.

I'd like to buy the guy that stoppped the flag-burner a Corona or twelve. I'm an old boy scout, I learned in the scouts the proper way to care for a flag. I understand about protected speech and all that but no way am I going to watch some attention whore torch a flag in the middle of the street. I don't think that anyone would be prosecuted for stopping this nut.
