Has anyone been riding in the Methow. How is the snow conditions. I grew up there and an heading back for the Holidays and want to know if its worth bringing the sleds.

Snowed good from last night for about 2 to 3 inches in town (chelan)..... then stared up again mid day an hasnt stoped yet. There was good snow to ride (for this time of the year) before that.
So ya ..... I would say the snow is good for a ride an getting better.

we should check it out first for everybody and make sure its ok right wimpy!!! Too bad I havent started any christmas shopping yet so I guess Im out. Man the first sentence sounded so much more fun!!
We should start grooming by the end of this week if the snow holds up.

My nephew has that ss440 and would probably let you borrow it if you make it over. At least you'd still be able to out climb somebody else we ride with.

This was friday b-4 thanksgiving--There was plenty of snow up higher, and it didnt get touched by the rain...this is up on the butte at over 7000ft. Probably 8 inches or more has fallen since then at Alta Lake (considerably lower), so theres probably some good stashes up there.
Im having a hard time tracking anyone down to ride with on Saturday, was going to head up BlackCanyon, but will travel. PM me if I can join in.
(I wont be on the turbo, so no tow ropes needed

We busted trail to top of End Mtn for you guys today. Was pretty good I would say maybe a good 2Ft new up there and sunny!!!! Didnt have much time to ride today so we didnt go out any further so Brians Butte is un touched and the rode out there had no tracks also.

Anyone riding around the Chelan area on Sat after Christmas? I'm bringin the sleds and hoping to take the old man for a ride. Where is a good place to unload and get a decent ride in?
