Mcx nytro falls on its face

Hi guys I need your thoughts on this. My buddy brought over his nytro with an mcx 240 kit on it. He said it was idling rough when it was warm. I checked his TPS and it was reading fine but I noticed it would only go up to 89 at full throttle. So I tightened up the throttle cable and no change. I figured the TPS is out of adjustment so leave it for another day. I unplugged his MCX fuel box and put some dielectric grease on the harness and plugged it back in. Now taking it out in the field it falls on its face once it gets on the boost. So I'm thinking there might be a loose wire on the harness. Just weird that it was fine then unplugging it would cause this. Is there anything else I should check? The previous owner put an aftermarket handwarmer setup on it so the stock handlebar warmer controls are gone. No way to clear codes. Is there another way to clear them besides with the handlebar control? We are supposed to go for a ride in the AM so I'm open to ideas. Thanks

check the wires to the plug you removed on the mcx box they are very prone to breaking (pins are to small for size wire used).

It didnt look like there were any broken pins or wires but I will look again this AM. Any idea where I could find a wiring diagram for the MCX harness?

with it idleing bolw into the box to see if the injectors come on, it will go rich and stall.
