MCX 180 kit nytro mtn opinions

Spent a couple days on one. I could ride this program the entire year. :face-icon-small-ton
Raced a pump gas M8 and it was same speed.....maybe a tad faster.
The M8 pump I raced.......it was abandoned in the backcountry recently....waiting for a chopper:face-icon-small-win. While the 180 MCX program has 4,000k plus on it:face-icon-small-hap

Happy boosting.

the 180 kits are awsome ! i rode around 20 this winter and they all ran great . some a little better than others. I run 17 pounds of fun on my sled but getting on a low booster still makes me grin ear to ear . in deep snow you can hold them taped ,crusie around and not get stuck like a 2 stroke . the 2010 seem to be set up perfect for a low boost kit :face-icon-small-hap

I rode this kit for the past few months and would now ride nothing else but! I find the bigger kits a little trickier to ride personally, where the 180 kit has plenty enough power and still has a stock like feel with throttle response! If you are into riding trees, or jumping a bit, and tech boondocking, this kit can turn your yam into a worthy competitor that will make your buddies jealous! You can wheelie at will with no bog if you stab at the throttle!

I installed 3 of the 180 kits this season and each of the guys riding them wouldn't trade them for anything, myself included! More than enough power for what we do and the trouble we want to get in, and, being Yamaha's you can even submerge them in creeks and they keep runnning! Sherm

I think the 180 is great. I can run it at home comfortably & it's more than cabable when I head West. No regrets here..:face-icon-small-hap
