riding was good. The further back you go the better. Not a track all day yesterday. Main roads out are frim and bumpy.

16 degrees last night so the snow is holding up.

Blue sky today!

Hope you have a time machine to get here in 8hrs from Alpine meadows towing a trailer w/ a stop at the Boise airport!

Count on 11hrs.

Kinda odd, go riding for two days in a row and the only tracks you see off the groomed trail are yours!

How much longer will a guy beable to ride in the mccall area? Would love to make a trip over there this spring. Only about 3 hours from the house to mccall.

Brundage had 11" in the last three days, they haven't lost any overall snowpack yet. I think it said 140 inches settled. That has gone up several inches a week for the last couple weeks. Bud took a pic last weekend of a warm spring or something where the snow melts all year, there was at least a 12' deep hole in the snow, lol. And that was close to town, around the end of the lake. It won't be deep powder, but lots of snow left to ride.

Heading up there in the morning. It has been raining here in Boise all day. Really am looking forward to some spring riding tomorrow. It is suppose to be down around 17 tonight so the snow will be perfect.

would love to ride over there this weekend. Have commentments, I am going to try for next week. We have been getting snow for the last three days, hoping for a good day on sun.

Riding was awesome, snow was good in many spots and kinda hard in others. But non the less it was a fun weekend of riding.

Went riding up on West Mountain today. My buddy and I hooked up the trailer to the 4 wheeler to try and eliminate some dirt patches. Only had to go thru one that was about 50 or so yards long. But it was some work gettin there.. Beautiful day except for my buddy smacked a tree in the first 10 minutes.. But was a nice way to end the season.

Parking at Brundage

We have been told by the manager at Brundage we can park in the NW corner of their upper or main parking lot and access the road from it. Go to where their snowcat goes out of the lot to the Goose Lake road. This is for the rest of this spring season only, and is an extremely nice consideration from them. This allows us to go right onto the road without having to turn around on it.

I also talked to a friend who went out Sat. and it was "great" north of Brundage. Still LOTS of snow up there!

Spud.

That is great to hear Spud, I just hope everyone who uses their lot is respectful, picks up after themselves, and doesnt tear up the parking lot. Do not want to be on Brundages bad side.:boxing:
