McCall 2013 riding

I dunno, Friday there was enough to not ride any dirt. Not sure about Sunday, but Brundange base got 5" last night, so that will help....

I see that I hope they get more soon. I'm just wondering about unloading because if I have to drive up the road past Brundage there is no where to turn around with my trailer.

Uhm maybe now, rode a lil dirt on sunday on the way home. Did some prety cool water skipping on the trail by brundage res. though. Rained so much the puddles were like 2ft deep width of the road and 40ft long...

Should be better now though I hope!

Jeebuz.....lol.
Well, it hasn't been cold....actually, Brundage reported 17 degrees earlier tonight, so maybe.
Mantis - When I was there Friday you couln't go past the turnoff/road I think you are talking about, there was too much snow/slush for vehicles. I went up it about 50 feet with my truck with 39 tires, it was just slimy. No way to get a trailer there, unless maybe back it into the road. Not sure now.
I was settled on going to Brundage tomorrow, now with all the water I hear about, maybe not. I also refuse to ride a brand new sled on dirt, LOL.

Last weekend was nasty for sure. Wind and rain, it was crazy here. Wind blew water in around our slider door, IN the wall, made a huge water bubble under the paint that slowly made it'sw way halfway down the wall until I popped it, lol.
Actually it is a bit nasty out now also, raining like crazy.

I keep looking at the webcams for snow, in smith's ferry it seems like I am going to have to mow the lawn again, everything stopped growning in October but over the last month I have had weeds coming back in and the grass is starting to green up.

I want to ride my new to me machine but not just to get it soaked in some mud and water.

Hopefully it will cool off up in McCall over the next few days.

Still 28 at Brundage. I am going to check it out shortly, if it is too nasty to break in my new Pro I will head back my way.

Grooming today (Thursday)

The will start grooming on Brundage this morning. They have volunteers going out to help clear downed trees. They clocked a gust at Granite Lookout at 81 mph. We had a lot of trees down on Warren Wagon Road too. They were cleared out yesterday, but will all the wet weather we may have more coming down.

Snow is good, right down to the bottom in most places. Kickarse base, carvable snow all the way down. Wifey got stuck a couple of times on her 159, lol. We are in the middle of another windstorm, be prepared for downed trees, I thought the roof was coming off the house a couple times last night! The trees on the mountain were LOADED with snow, I mean heavy heavy, I am sure a ton of them came down last night.
