I'm not trying to explain or excuse McCain's response. I don't even like the guy. I think it's pretty pathetic that we are even considering sex education in a presidential campaign, don't we have a lot more important things to be considering?
Obama on the other hand, I'll stand by what I posted earlier. Racist POS. You don't associate with people like his his pastor for over 20 years, have him marry you and babtize your children if you don't agree with him.

and why are we passing out condoms? parents should be teaching their kids about all this. not the schools. do we really want a teacher telling our children to wear condoms? to use contraceptives? to get a diaphram? or should we as parents be parenting our children and teaching them proper values? give me a break..........ok, off the soap box

bigfoot, don't get me wrong here, I agree with you 100% on your Obama stand.
Just found it odd to use that to somehow try and justify McCain's remarks, or lack there of.
The point is that it is an issue for many people, and the guy can't make a decision but he has to ask his staff what HIS view is on that. Why can't he tell us what his view is on it?
This thread is really not about Obama but pretty much 98% of what you posted about Obama is wrong.
if you think its wrong you should go back the timeline at least 4 years and see where obama was and what he has done. im sure someone will say people change..........but apparently too many people have forgotten what happened on 9/11. have you seen which candidate has the most support from the christian base??? it is not obama

the only skill that obama has is his speaking. he is a tremendous speaker. he is smooth, clear, concise, uses proper language and his body language matches his verbal language. he has been coached well and it shows. but if you really, and i mean REALLY look at his track record you can only come to one conclusion, he is not what he seems and is overall the worst candidate for president...............imo

Much like hillery, he has done NOTHING! He is a bump on a log at our tax dollars expense. He is anti american, anti white, anti pretty much everything this country stands for. He has greasy lips that spew forth whatever people want to hear. He wont take a stand on anything....Sadly our only choise is McCain. my thoughts on mcain, yep, he is a terrible speaker. doesnt want to get caught w/ his pants down or say the wrong thing or contradict himself. i would prefer he be more forthcoming of HIS views rather his entourage. BUT..................as president mcain is smart enough to use his entourage and do what is best for our country, and imo that is protect what is ours and our allies.

Sldgy I can see why you think I made that comment to justify McCain's non answer, but that wasn't what it was meant to do. It was really meant to show how much worse the alternative is, and to demonstrate how Obama gets a pass on things much worse than not being able to give a straight answer on a subject that really should not be an issue in a presidential campaign.
FOX!! that is exactly what i was talking about!! there is so much info if we but only look in the right places.
