I haven't been into Clems since he, himself bent me over so hard on a used sled (my last Polaris) that I didn't need to use a trailer to carry it home that day.
It was really my fault though...
I truted him.

I'm sure he has some good people working for him though.

Similar story here - first and last sled I ever bought there. He missed out on roughly 10 sleds since then. No further comment !

tough crowd in here ! clem has always treated me good ! never had any issues ! top notch service always and discounts to boot ! thanx clem/cory ! sorry for everyone elses issues u have had ! but i am super glad i get to deal with them again ! and not gonnesons! JMO

I've heard of lots of people who were treated well there too.
I DID say he probably has some good people working for him
He'd have to....He'd be out of business if he was the only one selling there!
Someone has to make up for his ( edit).

My problem was that I was brand new to sledding and sleds in general and he took advantage of that by selling me a WAAAY overpriced and under performing used sled that he couldn't sell to anyone else.
Like I said...my fault for not knowing better.
There was NO internet to check pricing and other such things we look into now to determine where we will buy from.

I know my way around a sled now so I know That would not happen again.

He did have some awesome people working there at the time too.
Keep posting here Cory.
Keep people up to date with specials and stuff.
Doo Talk is another great place but gets only a fraction of the traffic Snowest gets.

Tough crowds aren't always bad. I want to take the good with the bad. If our strengths and weaknesses are appearant to me I have a better chance of improving the weaknesses and running with our strengths. I appreciate all the feedback and you guys will see me on here more and more. Thanks for all the feedback guys. If you have any suggestions of what you guys want to see on here let me know.

AR i here what u r saying ! clems has great people that is 4 sure ! personaly the only person i deal with is clem himself ! im a strait shooter and i do my research b4 i go and see him ! he knows when i walk in im ready so there ends up being no BS!!! i have bought a few sleds from him and thousands in xtras along with a few friends as well who all have had great luck !! i plan on buying more now that he has almost all lines of sleds ! (cat next cory ) ! times have changed maybe give them another try ! not everyone can be 100% satisfied but that is the nature of the beast in business ! good luck to clem / cory and there team !

Good job cory. Not always the cheapest Clem has always treated my wife and I with first class respect and service after the sale, and iam always welcome behind the desk for a nip. Imo the last two dealers standing will be clem/cory and waldrons after the obama era.

I buy and sell alot of parts, so as long as you can keep your parts in compitition with the online stores then you'll get my business, hope you plan to stock some of the big sellers in the parts department, 5 and 6 hole base gaskets, crank seals ,pistons ,a arms ,belts ect......
