For the record, I am not "defending him". He made a mistake and IMO needs no "defence" for that. No, I don't know him, don't even know his name. Never seen another video of his before or since. Just stumbled onto it the other day. Just my opinion but it seems that some of the respondents here are not connected with reality to me. REALITY is that people make mistakes. I have yet to meet the perfect person that has never made a mistake or forgotten to do something yet some here seem to think that this guy is a douche nozzle for making one. I guess because I know that I am not perfect I can understand and accept that others may not perfect either. You know, People that live in glass houses..........Situations like this remind me of something that happened about 20 years ago when I was at a black powder shoot. Someone on the line "dryballed", not an uncommon mistake. "Dry balling" is when you load your gun but forget to put the powder in. A friend on the line laughed and LOUDLY stated "How can ANYBODY dry ball. I've been shooting muzzleloaders for 25 years and have NEVER dry balled". Well, the VERY NEXT station, Roy dry balled. Yup, he never heard the end of that. I suppose some here would have made him walk out since he was so "stupid".
Agreed! Nice to hear from one of the few "wise & levelheaded" people on this site.
The fact is . . .we have ALL made mistakes! No need to flame the guy for what he did (except for maybe the vague reference to thinking it was Polaris's fault) haha!
There are MANY opportunities in life to learn from the mistakes others make. WISE people will do just that, and not have to repeat them!
. . . This is one of those opportunities
