I ordered a skins rear bumper for my dragon a few weeks back through Larry at Tracks2Treads, but he didn't have it in stock for another month, nor have it up on his site yet. So he sets up a link on his site just so I can run the sale through using paypal. He orders it from skinz and get's them to ship it direct to me so I wouldn't have to wait a month till he got his shipment in. Two weeks later a have a parcel at the post office, I go pick it up and once I'm home I see it says Polaris IQ FRONT bumper on the box. I open it hoping they just used the wrong box. Nope, sure enough skinz had sent me a front instead of a rear. I was on lunch break so I quickly call, I think she's Larry's wife at Tracks2Treads and she says she will call skinz right away and see what they have to say for them selves. Two hours later she calls saying she made contact and they were trying to decide what to do about it. I was expecting them to say just ship it back we will send you the right one. But I wait and before the end of the day she calls me again saying they along with skinz had decided they wanted to make it right, and I should just keep the bumper, and they would send me the rear one the next morning. No extra charge. She said use it, sell it, what ever, but it's yours. I can't use it as I have a TCP. And would need the 09 plastics. But still. To me after shipping and everything that is a $200 dollar bumper to me, free. Most places I have dealed with till now would say just ship it back, and we'll send you a new one. These guys want customer satisfaction to the point of giving away a bumper. I just thought that deserved I topic. For anyone in canada needing a skinz product dealer see these guys.
