LOL, ain't out there to make up stories or waste my riding days away like half the B.S.ers on here. In fact, we just live for riding out here and enjoy sharing some of the pics with others. For all you trail riders, stick with the saturday trail ride and enjoy high marking eachother all day (nothing wrong with that). Just a different style of riding than we enjoy! For those that really want to know, the Boondocker turbo kits are a true bolt on mod (atleast from what I've seen)! Now, take a look at these pics from our trip in WY and you will see the Polaris turbo JUNK riding with us! Well, I mean those guys do nothing but tinker on those sleds everytime we stop. The old aerodyne turbos just dont hold up like these Boondocker kits do.
And to my (BS METER BUDDY) YEP, 25 rides and Saturday will be 26 dating back to February of last season and the M8 turbo hasn't been touched. Well, I mean if you want to be punctual ... you do change your computer numbers if your running too lean or rich... and it is necessary to put race fuel and Amsoil in each ride (darn it). Anyhow, I'm giving all the props to this setup by Shain Stanger down the street from us. He can really dial these things in and does an incredible job. I dont even own a turbo....but I will! Thats when you know the mark has been set, you dont own a sled, dont really like the M chassis....but have nothing but GOOD to say about it!
As for the chutes, sorry I couldn't get my helicopter guy out filming with us this weekend to capture the action from visible angles. Oh well, here's a few snapshots from the top to give you a taste of the beauty! You may not know what it looks like from these elevetions if you just highmarked your buddy and headed back down the hill.
Praise that the turbo made it over so I had a track to get my doo up. Otherwise I'd be at the bottom of the hill with you!
And lastly as you all should know, the more air they flow the better they go! Even for us with no turbos, stop every so often and let the hot air escape. It'll DOO wonders, atleast that's what they tell me.
RIDE ON!
