M7 ski question

I have an '05 M7 and was looking into a new set of skis. My question is did the stock M ski design change from '05 to '07? Or did the front suspension geometry change?

The reason I ask is that both my Dad's and Friend's '07 M8s don't bend upward as much at the front of the ski as mine does....so I am guessing something changed...:confused:

Thanks in advance!

You have just hit more bumps and cross ditches with the 05 and the skis are a bit bent. happened to mine as well. Go with Powder Pros, you will wonder how you ever rode without them.

Lol; too many trees is more likely the case. But thanks for the info.

I did notice that the ski part numbers from an '05 M7 to '07 M8 are different...??

I was checking out new aftermarket skis but I'm a broke college kid so I might have to wait a bit. But has anybody had experience with the USI Triple Threats? I was kinda checking those out....

I spent a lot of time on the usi triple threats on my 05 m7. I swapped them for the powder pros and am not very impressed. The powder pros seems to dart waaaaay more than the usi's. I still have the usi's and will soon be taking the powder pros off.

i dont know if the ski bottoms were changed between 05-07 but i'm i think the hoops were. my buddy busted a hoop on his 06 last year and when he went and bought a new one it was different, and his original hoops were different from mine on my 06 but the new one matched mine. the only thing the dealer could think of is that his sled was a late 05 season build and had 05 skis.

on the aftermarket ski topic, all i can say is i've always loved simmons on my old poo sleds but i'm really regretting putting them on my M, they seem way to aggressive for this chassis. but i'm not a fan of the darting issues of the powder pros either.
