M7 Power Valves

How do the powervalves work? What I'm looking for is when they open. Are they open by the TPS position or are they open by the RPM's. Trying to set my Boondocker box.

RPM. 6800 is about when they go.

Boondocker has some advanced mode instructions that allow you to "stuff" based upon when the P valves open up. I also thought the valves opened at a couple different RPMs based upon elevation or something like that.

I remember guys were tapping into some wire with the BD box to add fuel on twins when the valves opened up. Instructions are on their website, don't recall the exact details right off hand.
