M7 hole in lower engine case this sucks.

05 M7 1100 miles 85 hours well maintained, was running great then loud bog noise and no power... Reason, chunk of lower case broken off leaving big hole in case. Man this sucks, I have been riding since 85 and have never had something like this happen. This is also my 1st Arctic Cat, not real happy.

2005 M7 Motor on eBay right now- item #200425463112. Also there is a crankcase for an M7 on eBay-item #290388141642.

Thanks again, purchased case assy off e-bay for $75 in process of pulling motor. Anyone seen this before or have idea how? I think this has been cracked since assy and just finaly broke

Haven't heard of many cases spliting, did you do the BB?
