would like to hear some more track reports from guys who swapped tracks on 162s

Ride mostly Colorado, more concerned about not getting stuck in bottomless powder than climbing a wind blown hill. Spend very little time on packed trails. Is there something better for me than the Power Claw?
I haven't road mine yet, might swap the track now to sell the stock track as a new take off.

The most straightforward upgrade would be the Camo Extreme 2.5" track. Don't have to change out the drivers and don't have to cut it down to 15".

The work awesome.

I have the 3" on mine right now and love it.

challenger extreme 2.5 bolts right in and is a big improvement. especially if your running extra boost.

installing a Camo extreme 3`162 as we speak, sucks having to cut 1/2" off each side of the track though :face-icon-small-fro, C'mon Camoplast !!! make us a 3"162x15 !!!!!:director:

--Camoplast should make a 2 3/4 inch X 15 wide x 153 and 162 Camo Extreme. Would fit a little better than the 3 inch and no trimming the sides.

They boondock great! I think that is where I like mine the best. I can go through tough stuff at a slower rate of speed and not get stuck. It also builds speed faster going up hill. I just wish we had more deep snow to test this things abilities in. We are back to concrete everywhere.

My brother and I put the 3" camo extreme on our 1100Ts. Stock drivers and rear suspension mount in lower mount hole for extra clearance between cooler under tunnel. Front cooler was a little tight with clearance so we took a grinding wheel to the cooler fins to trim them down and add clearance.
We both put 100 miles on our sleds this weekend with zero overheating issues. Track is awesome in the trees boondocking as you can slow your speed down a little more and not worry about getting stuck and line your skis up with the line you want to take and give it boost!
Track is awesome for braking down hills compared to the powerclaw.
