I've ridden both the Kmod and EZ-Ryde. Both are great but I chose the Kmod, better all around skid IMO. Get the Raptor Coil over shocks with the Kmod, unbelievable setup!
KMOD for boost.
Burandt upgrade is not even a close comparison to either.

Did you just buy the shock and spring and bolt it in place of the stock float?

Have you had time on the kmod with the raptors.
IMO, the kmod is that good and don't "think" the ez ride is better for my kind of riding, as in I haven't rode a ez ride but I understand the functions of each, I know how much better the kmod is and its not worth testing the ez for me. Although I'm open to riding one if someone I come across has it. I also don't think you could go wrong with either, IMO both are at the top of the bracket.
The new skid is real nice compared to the older sleds, but functions completely different. If I where big into jumps and drops (really big air 50+++ft) I would just put the raptors all the way around on the stock stuff

I have been around both...and on a Boosted Apex runnin big boost, the EZ Ride wheelies. With KMOD: Under Big Boost, the skis come up 4-6 inches. KMOD is perfect in every snow condition. It made my Turbo Apex rideable in every condition and in every terrain(sidehilling, tree riding, ect)
My M7 also used to wheelie real bad at 17PSI. Now it doesn't wheelie at all at 24psi...the only problem I have is at 24 PSI is the piston rod snapping.
The other rear suspensions, Timbersled, EZ ride and Burandts, are all good choices, but in my opinion, KMOD is the best choice.
