Takes a little getting used to, but once you figure out where to sit I am pretty happy with it. Going to put some slp powder pros on next week, see if that is worth the money, just looking for a little more flotation when go downhill.
I was not excited about mine in the trees in stock trim. I put about 80 miles on and it is a great point and shoot sled but is heavy and plows snow in the trees. It gets around good but is no two stroke in the woods. I made a few suspension adjustments and adjusted my handelbars a little diffent. Also put on a big dog barker and Hijacker to improve power to weight ratio. I think it should be a little better. Can't wait to get back out west and try it out again.
so the hype of it feeling nimble because of the extra hp is non existint.......
still a 4s and feels like a 4s is that the outcome.....
Beleive it or not when you let off the throttle the nose is going to dive. Gotta learn to run it like a semi. . . . Fluid movements on the throttle. This is the info I got from a friend who has always been a 2 stroke guy. He said keep into the throttle. Don't snap it closed and all will be well.
I have done the Turbo upgrade on mine, 2.5 camo extreme, post forward kit, and SLP Powder pro ski's, i really enjoyed tree riding it, the Ski's are a must tho, the stock tooth picks are not the ski's to run on these machines, night and day difference IMO. As for throttle they are just like any turbo, keep em spooling and away you go. Totally different throttle applications than a 2smoker. Either way smash that pow!!![]()
so would you say with what you have done is it comparable to the M800.....
is it a totally different riding style and limited to its terrain people are saying point and shoot but i thought that maybe the new chassie would of helped.
i`m on the fence on which one to buy.... M800 THEN MAYBE BIG BORE IT.....
or a M1100T AND SOME LITTLE MODIFICATIONS.
i`m 6`1 and 240lbs....... any suggestions...
6' 1" 240 I think your a big enough guy for a big sled like the m1100t.
Snow plow
Rode mine through trees yesterday. IMO needs powder pros and a 174 track. Have to keep the turbo spooled up. Im 5'8 200 lbs and was able to maneuver in the trees and climb.
