Hands down the sled that has the highest percentage of poor setups relative to the number being ridden. They're tough to get right, but when it gets right, no 800 is gonna best it, but unfortunately so many guys ride em performing poorly that we all see that as the norm. A good running M8, XP, or D8 is gonna probably be close or better than a average 1000, but get it dialed, there is no contest, but in fact, why would there be.
man, you guys are harsh.......i'll admit it took way too long to figure out my m1000........but now that its geared/clutched right.....its my favorite sled.

Once again, another useless post begging for some attention. I think that My Poo 800 is the best sled ever... if you don't count 3 burndowns and 1 exhaust valve falling right the fluck off

you may think you have the best sled ever built or have all the money in the world in upgrades, but if you cant ride it your just another squid.
I will think you have the best sled in the world when I see it on the mtn. not the snowest forums. Anyone can be best or have the best in forums.

One thing everyone constantly forgets around here-its the wizard, not the wand. Who gives a sh&^ about who goes fastest in a straight line?? we all know that is the guy with the most $$. A great rider on an old beat sled will work an average rider on a new expensive sled in anything but maybe a straight line. People should spend more time getting in shape and working on riding better and less on bling bling for their sleds-its a lot more bang for your buck.
I agree with this statement. Dont get me wrong I think arctic cat is the best brand out there for what i want but whatever everyone wants to ride is up to them. All the sleds now days are good and all have problems. But with the overall topic the M1000 is a great sled but it just depends on what you ride and like.

Now thats funny. Think u can hang, LOL, ....News flash pal, that wasn't impressive, it was just dumb, start to finish. Did your sliders heat up on the way up from lack of snow ? LOL.
