update went and rechecked everything pulled belly pan,checked ground on stator
all tests and found bolt tight but ground loose on the right hand steering support hoping this is the issue 90% sure this will fix it,i checked the bolt but apperently it has a double nut wtf!! will post after i try this thanks all

SO it is fixed? That ground is a pain, it is blind and I just about mangled it myself pulling my steering apart to build a post for it.

yes 100% fixed,and it is an ugly ground to get too,im glad i went over it again before bringing it in to get raped
