M1000 exhaust Speedwerx or Slp?

has anyone seen them compare if not how does everyone with these pipes like them.

I hear that the SLP is a good kit, but the Speedwerx puts up better power numbers. I would like to put on one of the two as well.

They are so close its all in the tuners hands. RKT has better porting for the SW and says it makes more power after porting but stock the slp might be a little more on the power. RKT said once 225hp out of a full on head, ported, everything with SW. and I've heard 215hp on the slp with porting but I don't think its as extreme as rkt's setup. So very close I have 2 long seasons on the SLP and love and its put out impressive result. To compare to a SW the only way I could say for sure is if I installed it on my own sled to tune my way. Either If you go with one of these you will be happy. For simplicity if you can get a slp with a preprogrammed powercomander, such as the PC3 thats what I would do. every one says its a pull and go setup, but I take every thing as hearsay.

Thought someone had a thread that said the SW,SLP and D&D kits all put out about the same according to Dyno-Tech?

I have a 2007 m1000 that has bmp porting, h/c bmp head, costom case porting, valve delete kit, I ran it all year with the speedwerx and it ran great but the pipe fell apart last year so I went with the bmp pipe this summer and now im thinking I might have made a mistake. anyone have any input on this?

SLP pipe with the power commander works great it is pull and go . I had a boondockers box on a m7 and I was adjusting all the time swore I would not own another pipe tell they had a plug and go box now they do it is the power commander . SLP make's great power but there clutching is off you will want to gear down and do your own clutching then it wake's it up they are WICKED FUN .
