M Series Powerclaw Track

Looking at a 2010 M8 how does the Powerclaw track perform in the steep and deep

I like mine too. It always seems to find something to hook up on in the layers of snow. A few times I thought my sled was a gonner and would sink out of sight in the deepp, deep owder but, not with the Powerclaw. Somehow it found a crust layer 2 1/2 feet down and used it to shoot me back on top like a missle.

What pattern/location on the track do you plan to use when porting the PC?

Can you please post pictures of the track mods/progress?

I have ported plenty of tracks with sucess but usually wait until they have been broken in first.. Thoughts on this?

Good day. Put a powerclaw on my 08 M1000 and found another advantage was that the powerclaw track kicks up so much more snow that i no longer need to use my scratchers, sled runs much cooler when weather is warm and trail is hardpacked. Powerclaw does not brake as well when going downhill.

I was going to port mine but changed my mind after reading multiple threads on here. Supposedly it hurts the track's flotation. I'd read up on here before doing it.
