So when it comes to climbing the steep and deep does the 174" m-10 set up hold the front end down and climb quite a bit better then a 162" m-10?

Yes it makes a difference, there is another 6 inches of track and suspension behind you.
only if he growls really loud from eating to many berries, and its on an anthill, which then kills the ants!
unless you meant "does a bear live in the woods" then yes!
I get myself in enough trouble with the 162, without going to the 174, LOL
I think we have all seen that it doesn't make that much of a difference 162 or 174. If you are running a turbo sooner or later you will find yourself somewhere that you didn't really want to go.
