Yes, the starter cup and bolt pattern has retained the same functional dimensions for two decades at least, (probably longer, but don't still have anything older to compare to).

Note: The seller is not selling a lightened flywheel, Title is misleading, it is the billet aluminum starter cup and Titanium bolts.
