Great.... just dropped mine off at the dealer yesterday, couldn't even get out 100 yards from the parking lot. Getting the low fuel pressure warning and engine not getting fuel. We'll see how long it takes to get pumps if everyone's having issues.

Yep, Poo forgot to plug in a connector, it’s right behind the turbo - on boost sleds.Great.... just dropped mine off at the dealer yesterday, couldn't even get out 100 yards from the parking lot. Dealer did it for me, but he showed me the plug - unplugged. What he told me is that there’s a sensor for fuel related to the turbo. Guessing when the turbo spools, calls for more fuel. Without it plugged it, it would spoil.Which plug would this be?

Open ur gas cap, if its louder than its a pump otherwise its the belt.My 2022 RMK Matryx was making a squeel/whine noise at idle, perhaps 40% of the time. Sled has 400km on it. No warning messages or lights on the gauge.
I'm watching this thread to see what the likely outcome is going to be. Will it leave me stranded on the hill? Will Polaris replace fuel pump for being noisy? Is it just a little annoying noise I'll have to live with?
I was told today that my pump is in stock and on its way. Question is, how many pumps are affected and how many will i swap out before theres a recall?Mine is an N/A Pro. Fuel pump is defective and Polaris is saying there are no available parts. Guess this what I get for making the switch to Poo.

I think my boost tank is defective.
I burned 9.5 gallons in 23 miles today. [emoji23]
Low fuel light came on.

How disappointing eh???I never even had a chance to run mine. Sled is still in the shop, dealer says they are still "researching" the issue. I had it started in the garage for about 2 minutes before filling er' up for the break-in ride, and it died about 20yrds from the parking lot after warming up for a good while. Wouldn't even idle.
I have 67 miles total on mine, it's never been below 1/2 tank (1st ride was about 25 miles, 2nd ride the same, and 3rd was obviously 17ish) My fuel pump started making noise around 40 total miles but I thought it was belt squeal from the self adjusting clutch system. They’re thirsty aren’t they!! Haven’t had a day where I’ve burned less than 40L (10gal) yet and I couldn’t be happier.
I’ve noticed my fuel pump starts getting noisy when really low on fuel, that’s your last warning to top up before you run out and/or ruin your fuel pump… I honestly wonder if this is why pumps are failing, guys just running them right to empty and not listening to the screaming pump.

The third ride this weekend I noticed the squeal early on but again dismissed it, until I started a big climb and the reduced power low fuel pressure warning flashed. I turned around and headed home shortly after the first time it did the reduced power due to fuel pressure. It went into reduced power mode 2 more times.
I'm hopeful that it's something like the rumored O-ring spitting out from the connection between the pressure regulator and the pump. That at least seems to have a solution, zip ties to hold it together is one of them I've heard. I don't like the idea of zip ties submerged in fuel all the time but for a temp fix until Polaris figures out something permanent I'm game.Yep, needs a fuel pump.
Sounds like more off shore garbage put on our sleds.

What I'm afraid of is that the new pump they put in is the same thing that just failed and Polaris doesn't have a solution. Mine is at Steamboat Powersports and I will be talking with them tomorrow am, until then I can only assume what they "find wrong". I know that VOHK has "discovered" the pressure regulator deal and maybe they are all talking with Polaris on this. If need be I'll gladly have my sled taken to Kremmling to Alpine motors (VOHK) if they have a real solution, it's a short season and I'm not inclined to rely solely on Polaris to solve this issue.
