Low elevation hiher boost bd pro

Low elevation higher boost bd pro

First of all we need snow. I got to do a little riding over Christmas at some lower elevation (2000 ft). I thought a good place to see what some bigger boost runs like at this elevation. So running av with 20% vp 110 of I went riding with my budy who runs a 1122 cmx. We had some fun but I could barely hang on to the sled. It was stupid fast. Made my budies 1122 look like a 120. Checked my boost level and was seeing 14 psi (wow). Ran great and had no det issues. I did decide to turn it down to 10 after a while then my budies 1122 was alot closer but just not close enough ha,ha.

Intercooled kit I presume. Im on the fence right now but a guy around here has a new BD kit with EBC and timing key just no intercooler for a decent price . I will probably be running 100LL straight up without the intercooler.
Were you running the BD 10-70 weights and clutching.

Yup intercooled with a timing module. I have been running my own clutching. Pri 165/270 10-70 and straight 50 helix. In the hills I would want to run less helix though. At 14 lbs it was just off the rev limiter at 8300+ and at 10 lbs was good at 8100
