You can get some nice shots with a mount like this. Vool pics that you won't get any other way. For some reason I've developed a crackle on the video though. I need to get that figured out.

I'm thinking the crackle is either snow hitting the mic or vibration in the boom/sled or boom/camera connection.

Just overlay some tunes and call it good.
