In the shop welding when I heard it on the TV, they were interviewing one of the guard guys and that's what he said. They didn't show a pic and I didn't see one when doing a guick search on the www.

I'm not saying it's "the looter", but wouldn't that be ironic if it was???

They say angola is the worst prison in the south. I had heard that before from friends who live down there. Looters will be dropped in general population until a time comes when they can get a fair court date. That should deture some of the looting. Maxdlx
