Looking for the best customer service Polaris dealer

I am heading to Calgary in January and will be purchasing a 09 Dragon 800 RMK and dont know any background on any dealers in the area. I will drive a few hours no problem if that is what it takes to get a good dealer.

Cheers

The guys that run Backus Racing are strictly a Polaris dealer near Sicamous though that may be a bit far from you.. They are really down to earth and know their stuff inside and out.

I have had good luck with High River Motorsports's service department. They are 20 miles south of Calgary .probably the best dealership of any kind I have dealt with. Most don't know much and charge a fortune but they have treated me real fair.

Never bought a sled from them but I have only ever bought 1 new one and that was before I ever heard of them.

I would definately give them a chance

I would definitly reccomend Mountain Toys Polaris in Cochrane...the staff out there have always been helpful as far as warranty work goes and also with information on repairs with other machines. I bought a 900 RMK from them just over a year ago and the few issues i did have with the machine were dealt with in time for my next trip out.

Give Mountain Toys a call, I couldn't get a Dragon from them last year as they were sold out in half a day so I bought one else where. But they still take care of me as if I got it from them. There # is 403-932-4828

cycle works in calgary is the polaris dealer.bought my sled there.great service and great peoiple there also.

Thanks for the help guys, I am mostly after good speedy service if the sled has issues at all. I am pretty handy with a sled but if I am buying new I dont want to touch it.

Sounds like you should buy a four stroke yamaha then!!! They are a turn key sled.........Turn the key and go!!!!!

what I mean is if I am buying a brand new sled, then in the event the something catostrophically fails I dont want to be on the garage floor fixing it for atleast a year. Some things are just facts of sledding life.

Bought 3 sleds from mountain toys since we started riding.... they're OK, but Cycleworks is better IMO. They're on 32 and deerfoot I believe???

I still go there to buy gear, and she'll even bring me in Cat parts/oil/ pretty well whatever we need, and give amazing deals, with no sled ever purchased off them.

Janine is THE best to deal with there.

Give your money to cycleworks!
