Looking for local riding at Togwotee area

Two of us will be arriving early to mid morning on Sat 2/19, we have never been in the area before (from Washington) and were hoping to find some one with local knowledge of were to ride, and go for a ride if possible

Can you blame him? At $250 for 3 people and $30 for every guy after three!!We plan on doing the same thing when we get there. Im not gonna BS ya.

I hadn't even considered a guide, was just simply looking for a local group to ride with, just like we would let some body do at home. We can find our way to a good day on our own most days, so we will do that, thought this board was were you might find another snow west member to ride with!

so how much do you think you should spend for a guide if he can have you in rocking snow in no time? and that knows the area like the back of his hand?

Togwotee lodge you can stay for 100 to 140 and get food guide and great day in the pow......if you dont do that its 60 a guy plus tip!!!I think that its a little high but it well worth it to find the good stuff.....we always hear guy say they could not find any good snow but we have always had untracked good stuff.....dont know if we would pay 250 for 3 of us...

lol i wasnt bashing just giving ya hard time i dont blame ya i like to ride with new people and learn new spots youll be alright there tho plenty of good sopts right off the trails just do alittle adventuring and id have to agree with saving the guide money too they get paid pretty good to just be snowmobiling

there be a few of us up there this weekend too if you wanna ride we dont know the area great mainly ride snowys but could do some adventuring better to do with few extras anyways

We will be up there on the 21st of Feb. Staying in Dubois. Wouldnt mind riding with some new people.
