Hunting a can for my 12 Pro

Thinking hps, but I'm not super picky. The mild sound of the stock can just isn't cutting it for me when my buddies all bark when they get on it.

HPS MBRP Jaws, whatever as long as it doesnt require a remap and is a good price

Your gonna get alot of flack about can from everyone on here, i guess some people are retarded with their cans and piss off people neighboring trails and some have been shut down. For this i agree cans are bad. But I too like the bark haha. Personally from the sound clips ive heard i am pretty sure id but the jaws can, liked the sound. Cans are fine for where i ride in Ontario, no one for miles and miles . When you decide and buy one put a sound clip up !:face-icon-small-hap

I will be keeping my stock can around also in case the sound laws change around here.

I've listened to some videos and the HPS sounds healthy but it's hard to judge just how loud it is unfortunately

I just rode with my mbrp can for the first time today
And loved it. Poppy at idle but could still talk over it.
When u get on it comes to life. Super throaty. Really happy
With it. Just fyi

I am surprised how quiet the stock setup is. I don't mind a little growl but I don't want it blaring in my ear the whole time either. I would be interested in weight savings the most. What can you expect to shave off in weight by switching it out?

I rode 3 times withthe stock can and its to quiet for me.I always liked my HPS on my D800.That said took a gamble as my local dealer stocks the MBRP and I said if its ear bleeding loud can I return it.He said you bet.He said he has sold at least 25 and no complaints.I paid $313 CDN[everything is expensive here]Hps is $450 CDN.Last weekend went out and at idle nice and quiet and not hard on your ears but when you lean it over left it barks nice.I like some noise so when I am close to my buds they know where I am and stay clear.BTW I am strictly a mountain rider. Can shaves off 4.5 lbs and no hiccups in the engine at all

I like my Slp, not to loud like others. A nice healthy sound from a proven company.

Kinda leaning towards the ggb now

It's cheaper and sounds pretty much identical from videos.... hrmm
