thats a very hard question to answer, as pay depends on so many things from the type of equipment you are operating and who is paying you, but for a general, about $16.00 and up an hour, with basically no end to that, some crane operators make over a $100.00 an hour! , ir you are young and thinking about getting in this career, talk with your school guidence councler, they should be able to help you, or look into some of the schools out there by doing a web search, remember that this job will be a lot more work than fun! as your back will take a beating!!, better to start as a young guy than an older one too!, but the pay scale can be very different for state to state,as well as from company to company!
