dang looks like some sweet snow...and here I was slumming it at the Ritz at Beaver Creek all weekend. Thought I picked a weekend without new snow...welp wrong again!

My little girls did do well their first time on two planks! I can only imagine how Maddigan and Bella will do when they are old enough to handle a sled!?!

ok they got their one weekend during the winter.....now back to the regularly scheduled sledding!
 
WOW! Beaver Creek, I know who I can borrow some cash from then.;);) I was in charge of the construction staking and as-builts of that place. It's REALLY nice.
 
The rest of you SoCo boys sure picked a lousy w/e to opt out, it was a sick day. Too bad that Bushy's clutch went south, 'cause we were still headed North. I still had spare gas for another hour or so. I love the days when you can land big jumps totally flat and it's still cush.
Just letting off the throttle would throw you into the bars if you weren't paying attention.

I am a f*cktarded douchebaghead and snapped the damned tap from the coolent bottle that feeds the line to the TB off and couldn't glue it back on :(

I ordered one from Carl's Cycle but they didn't have it in stock so they are gonna have to get it in before they ship it to me.

I am gonna call around to other dealers tomorrow and hope they have one but as it stands right now I'm SOL for this weekend unless I can find a coolent bottle :(

Call Xtreme in Longmont or Castle Rock. Better yet, call the CR store and talk to Eddie. Tell him I sent ya. He'll be able to look at both stores. If they have it, I can pick it up Friday if my sled is ready.
 
Dogmeat can you rig one from another sled type? I have a coolant bottle from a cat that you can have if it will work. If the line size is different that may cause some flow issue, but if its the same your welcome to it.

I will call them tomorrow.

That would be about a 20 minute job to install that and bleed the cooling system before riding too, its a couple bolts and a few hose clamps.

I appreciate the offer, but I kinda dbout it ... the 900's are weird. It's mounted up inside the oil reservoir and has 4 lines coming out of it.

I'll call around and see if I can find one, if I can I'll just cancell my order for it with Carl's.

no problem, came right out.600 144 wet snow and im only 5'3. makes huge on power to weight ratio, but dont have the leverage and weight or skilz to muscle it out.john got on pulled it on its side snow under track and away it went.that was the way that day went. :beer;

back up there today and it was alot colder, snow was alot fluffier and there wasnt anyone else there. today was EPIC!!! BLUEBIRD DAY!!!!! for me, today WAS the day.im still pretty new to snowmobilin and still figurin it out.today it just clicked. became one with the machine. it went where i wanted it to without having to muscle it.:D:D

If you get an '07-08 bottle it won't have the big hose coming off the front that went to the tee.... food for thought.

I've called every dealer I can think of in the area to see if any of them have one of these coolent bottles in stock and no one does :(

Guess I'll have to wait for Polaris to ship it to Carl's and Carl's to send it to me :(

maybe weekend after next :(

Hey Ralph.............Ski-Laxn and I are headin' up to the Ears tomorrow. Called JR but his sled is in Extreme getting repaired. We could meet up if you'd like.

I'm in a Black '01 Dodge with a Black Silver Sport 4 place enclosed.

Not much my vid turned out....shakey cam syndrome and missed the best action! Need a tripod to clamp to the bars.

I'd like to go but first, I don't wanna push it with the wifey, Second, I have a job interview and thrid, I have a DR's appt for a consultation for the ol' snip-snip so I don't end up with 3 kids.:eek::eek::o:o
