The weak running board, footrest support. I have replacements with me at all times.
It doesn’t take a lot of force to snap them.
There will be a fix for that in the near future. Tom at TKI is the guy to call.

I just replace one of my running board supports. $104. Bolts and rib sets to remove., pretty simple. They do break very easy. I was going to call TKI and see if the they could make some billet ones. As far as back to the original question. Really like my 22' 850 khaos with 2.75 and QD2. One of the musts is correct belt deflection, both my 22's were way off from the factory. Again, contact TRS for the belt deflection tool.

I bought a TRS clutch alignment tool from Tony and aligned my clutch. It was off .140”. Float was off as well.
ZRP brake reservoir cover
GGB trail can
Removed foam from side panels
Replaced fuel filter socks with updated ones.
Backwoods front and rear bumpers.

Still need to do the throttle block but trying to decide which one. Expensive for just a small little block.

3dlogik with the shorty aluminum outer lever part. ?
