Depends on the conditions and the sled. A combination of the entire rear skid setup is what makes the setup work. I have run it with the limiters all the way in and would still wheelie like a SOB, now I got em about halfway out and the rear of the skid pretty stiff, holds the skis on the ground pretty good while climbing, but isnt a plow to ride around on. ideally I like them as far iout as possible while still keeping reasonable ski lift. which is usually just enough tension in them with the sled sitting flat it starts to pull the front of the rails up ever so slightly.
