since this ^^^ post i got tired of seein my ol 71 sit in the yard and start to rot so i made the tough decision to sell it. then since i sold it i decided it was time to make the 8.1 a little more special so i took her in last week and got her elevated 6" and had some 35" mickey thompson ATZ's thrown on. heres the new improved 8.1. sorry not the best pic.

I built from the ground up a few years ago,put the cummins in 2 yrs ago. I tow alot with it,really pulls strong. dynoed 2 different dynos, 1 was 808 ftlbs torque @ rear wheels,@1950 rpm, other put me at 1020 ftlbs rw. uncorrected @ 4800 ft.
