i still was no where NEAR the bottom. it was kinda creepy actually. i could only see sky and snow thats it.

LOL...i must admit it was the MOST snow i had ever seen in my life. i dont think i have ever been stuck on flat ground with forward momentum before. it was crazy. im 6' tall too. there is an easy 15 ft of snow in this pic. i stepped on the TOP of a tree and thats how i sank. when i got out, i looked down the hole and it was at least another 5' to the bottom. i also ride here in the summer with my quad/dirtbike, i know this tree. its about ten feet tall. to think i was standing on TOP of it with snow over my head still, is just crazy!
this year there is maybe 10' in total!

My buddys sled and my handy work. Almost had it! Two guys pulling on the skis and a little working of the throttle with some shoveling and it climbed up and out

Trench!!

Had a good day a couple of years ago in the Sierra Madres in Wyoming. The sled is behind the guy playing "air shovel" He made a nice trench getting there!!
