Yeah i see it, Used to be the classic Polaris colors but it was way too Team America for me. Changed it up a bit.

Finally got my stuff from powder coating this weekend.

fully assembled, just waiting on clutch springs and a few tiny things and i am ready to pound snow.

but first let me tell you what...this 975 big bore is NOOOO joke...i am 233lbs, and fairly built and this thing was a BEAST to pull over and it was 60 degrees in my garage...HAHA..OMG..im dreading the cold days of starting this already, haha.

What material did you use for your hood - very nice.

It's a Diamond S hood so I'm not sure. I've been told that it is a ballistics material.

What do you guys think about spray painting things like rails etc, does it hold up ? What about bedliner or por15 if you want to go black ? Also what and how are you guys doing your own powercoating ?

Well here is my mod sled that I built from ground up.. RIP.. She was a retired old dog sled haha. Spent a total of 2000 and one day she spent a total time of 30 sec to fall and role to her death RIP
