Leave the wrap or remove

I need input on this sled. I have been having a hard time selling this and I am thinking it has a lot to do with the wrap. Would this sled wrap with the pink and stuff or just wrap in general steer you away from it.

2015 RMK pro 800 155 with 950 miles, full spi pipe and clutch kit. $6600 and trouble getting bites.

Just wondering if I am better off removing it and just letting it be all black.

Link doesnt work.

Ive always had the best luck selling a sled bone stock. But I will also add that depending on the material, and how long its been on, Wraps can SUCK big time to remove.

Always seem to have a tougher time selling wrapped sleds. That said you'll be left with a bare sled with no decals, which is sometimes not the most desirable look either.

If a sled has a good looking wrap (to me) on it that isn't all beat up, I don't care too much. If it has one on it that l don't care for or is really beat, then I know I'll have to do the hours of removal and cleaning on it myself if I buy it. If there's a stocker with same miles, condition, and price is the same I'd take the stocker just to save myself the effort of removing it.

i like a sled with a wrap if it's not too gaudy. you could remove part or all but unless you're going for a blackout look you'll need some decals. i can't see your pic but if it's pink it'll fit right in with all the other "wife's sleds" that i see for sale. i see guys ever year that only sell their "wife's sled" and never their own. funny thing is they have a new sled every season that looks oddly similar to the one they sell in the fall.

I tried to sell stuff with wraps and people think I'm hiding damage under the wrap !

It is a little early. No offense, but the wrap is offensive;)
Stock appearance is always more desirable IMO, people can then make it there own. Unless you get lucky with a buyer wanting THAT look. GLWS

That is quite a wrap, it will take the right person. Now if it were th 60's, it would have sold already. Good luck

FOR THE RECORD I bought the sled with 200 miles from a guy who "let his niece design the wrap"

Pretty WILD wrap. I think it'd be easier to sell plain.
I had a 1 off wrap on my IQ (pink floyd "the wall") took forever to sell. Everybody said they liked the wrap, but not enough to buy it. The guy that finally bought planned on removing it.

Wrap is removed, Man I wish every wrap was that easy. Took 20 minutes to remove without a heat gun, just peeled it off and it left no sticky spots. All blacked out now so hopefully that helps.

after seeing it, i think you made a good call. that wrap could induce seizures.:face-icon-small-con people will be buying soon.

Looks like one of those photos you stare at and if you make your eyes go unfocused you can see a hidden picture or just get a headache.

Peal it.
