Barack Obama recently finished a $500,000 total overhaul of his 757. And as part of the new design, he decided to remove the American flag from the tail...

What American running for President of the United States would remove the symbol of his country? And worse, he replaced the flag with it with a symbol of himself...

you assume that... maybe there was?? according to the snopes article these planes are often leased from the airlines co's, Mac's may have had a flag on it at one time... this is one of the most ridiculous things i've seen to try and 'call out' obama on... nit picking stupid chit like this is beyond stupid cuz he's got so many tangible flaws to beat his azz with... like his recent foriegn policy faux pas of calling on the UN Security council to vote on a resolution condemming russia... well, DUH, Russia has a permanent seat on the security council with veto authority... friggin rookie... obama is such a lightweight politically and you're gonna criticize a paint job on his plane?? stupid man, really stupid attack...

I heard about this a while back and if I remember correctly I think he painted over the flag because it was part of the logo of the company that owns the plane.

Considering the fact that McCain's plane isn't painted with flags either I think people should focus on the thousands of other reasons why you shouldn't vote for Osama....errrr Obama

god i hate the uninformed electorate... there should be a test given to voters before they enter the booth about their knowledge of the candidates and the issues... people in this country need to engage themselves more i swear... ***gin fast food society we live in... idiots, 90% of the people in this country are just friggin idiots...

Perpetuating a system you deam as bad just makes you part of the continuing cycle of people using the bad system. How about stepping it up and trying to reduce the amount of people that vote "due to their last commercial"? The country would appreciate it. I would too. .....

I completely agree, but being in a room where everyone doesn't like what you are doing might give you pause about your situation.

I agree the UN has no power against those countries with Veto power, but I guess what options are there for the UN then? ..... I guess nothing..

precisely why this was a very good look at obama's neophyte foreign policy... it is a visible glimpse into what to expect from him as a president... which makes even MORE of a case that he needs to choose someone like Joe Biden as his running mate... Kaine and Sebelius are both just as inexperienced as he is in terms of foreign policy...

You missed my point which was that McCain's plane is not covered with HUGE American flags either. Yes, there's one painted on the side but it's not much bigger than Obama's.

When I vote against Barack in November the reason won't be because of this flag issue.

I agree with you 100%, the reason McCain will get my vote is because Obama's stance on Energy, Foreign Policy, Immigration, and Social Issues scares the bejeezus out of me. Socialized medicine does not work, hasn't worked and all of a sudden isn't going to start working any time soon. There is a push to get the homeless to be registered to vote, how in the world could you keep people from registering as homeless in every city/state? The uneducated are out there and it's not just their voting that scares me but there isn't much you can do.
