Well, they are one and the same.
Ben and Richard are the owners/bosses of the company. When I'm bitching about my boss, 99.9% of the time, it's Ben! I generally get along with Rich (must have something to do with the name
). He has his moments, but I'm not exactly a ray of sunshine either!Last!

Yep! That fire actually gave me new hope. I thought we were gonna have a fresh start and a better shop. Turns out, there was just a lot of hot air being blown around (no pun intended).

LoL, I know what your talking about. My 2 bosses are my uncles and they are partners in the business. I'm just a pizz ant employee. I get along really well with one of them, not so much with the other. The one i get along with has no balls and will not stand up to his brother
What REALLY irritates me, is Rich is the majority owner and SHOULD put a leash on Ben.
