the best place to park .....depends on the wind....if its really windy go to albany .. i f wind not too bad go up to green rock....
Snow was pretty good today. The common areas were tracked out but we found some really good powder several times today off the beaten path. It was snowing when we left today so it should get better and better as the weekend goes on.

Rode today in the Brooklyn area and north and found good snow, headed to the french creek area tommorrow. 6 inches of fresh snow not going over the hood or anything but the weather was awesome and there is really good base.
If your in the Centennial area this weekend look for the Red CR tunneled Nytro Turbo, thats are group.......feel free to ask about it, its for sale.

We rode Monday the 9th thru Wed night the 11th. Stayed in Albany. We rode all over, as far west as Ryan Park and north as far as the warming hut on N. We found tons of powder almost everywhere we went. Wednesday, it snowed very hard on up on the pass at U and T; also it was extremely windy. Visibility was awful. Now I know why they have the trail markers every 100 ft or so. You need them that close to stay on the trail. I don't know how people can be complaining about conditions up there right now. We had great riding conditions.

to dsmclone; The only reason I'm picky is because I live here. Riding for me right now is good, and I'm not an extreme rider at all, but I have fun. This time last year was incredible, and that spoiled me completely! The riding is good right now, one heck of a base, and if we could get 2 or 3 ft of fluffy powder it would be amazing! Amazing is what we all shoot for, right? Hope you had a great time out here!!
Had an awesome day of riding thanks to TurboT and Mean Yamaha. Had awesome over the hood powder and some really good open areas where nobody had been in quite a while. Thanks again to the Laramie Boys.

Lonnie: I guess it's all relative to what you are used to. In central Iowa, we don't see snow conditions anywhere like what you can see there there now. Admittedly, we come out there once a year, and you are there all winter. We had a great time, however one guy ended up totaling a Rev 800...bummer!

they got some awesome snow yesterday early morning and we rode in 2 to 3 feet of untracked fresh all day....over by the intersection of U and T

excellent weekend
Rode sat and sun. Sat was good, found some good snow but really had to search for it. Then sun, hardly got off the trail. Amazing snow, and great weather.
And thanks to the guys from Denver who helped me get off the guard rail that send me over the handle bars.

wow great pics sledding husker......coldfinger has told me about u(all good) i ride with him .....we should get a round up like quick......the snow is flying and as they say in the plains .u got to make hay while the sunshines...........i want to go out towards end of week .......any body else?
Did albany and or centennial get all of the snow last night? Anyone know?
We are heading up the 28th. Hopefully there is still snow and more!

Ya, I agree. We will get together sometime out there. Im not sure if I can head back up this weekend or not yet. Ill have to wait and see how things fall. If not, we wont be going back to Cent until the end of march because we are going to Mccall on the 11th.
